Common eBay AcronymsIf you're new to eBay, or even not so new, you will probably come across a lot of acronyms or abbreviations, and not know what they mean. You will find many of these common acronyms in listing titles or descriptions or in eBay's Community forums. Here's a list of some of the more frequently used eBay acronyms and what they stand for.
BIN - Buy It Now
BNIB - Brand New In Box
BNWT - Brand New With Tags
DOTD - Deal Of The Day
DSRs - Detailed Seller Ratings or Distance Selling Regulations
FB - Feedback
FVF - Final Value Fee
G - Good (usually referring to condition)
GBP - Great British Pounds
GC - Good Condition
GTC - Good Til Cancelled (listing format)
HB - Hardback (book)
HTF - Hard To Find
HTH - Happy To Help
HU - Hardly Used
MNT - Mint (condition)
NARU - Not A Registered User (no longer an eBay member)
NBW - Never Been Worn
NIB - New In Box
NM - Near Mint (condition)
NPB - Non Paying Bidder
NR - No Reserve
NWOB - New Without Box
NWOT - New Without Tags
OEM - Original Equipment Manufacturer
OOP - Out Of Print
OOS - Out Of Stock
PB - Paperback (book)
PS - Powerseller
SNAD - Significantly Not As Described (a PayPal term for a dispute)
SNP - Seller Non Performance
SCO - Second Chance Offer (also 2CO)
SOGA - Sale Of Goods Act
